After the collapse of the Irish dairy business, family members sold their rural farmhouse ceilings to Costco.
The family sold the farmhouse to a buyer who had purchased them for €1.2 million ($1.7 million) last December, a record price for the property, which sits on 2.5 acres of land.
The farmhouse had been home to the family for about 15 years.
It was a large house, and the family sold it to a family friend for €900,000 ($1 million) in March.
The buyer was unable to come to terms with the purchase price, and has been selling the farm house for the past five years, selling it for around €1 million.
The sale was made on October 17, 2018.
It was the third sale of a farmhouse in the past six months, according to the Irish Times.
